The room was newly renovated, and despite being in a pedestrian area, there was no noise from the street. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The bathroom was great - clean and modern. The staff, especially Maria, were very nice and accommodating. it was great value for money. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Deluxe place with cozy and modern rooms. The rooms with a view. Friendly and excellent staff of the hotel. Marvellous location outside of the old town, and 5 minute walk from House Museum of Antonio Machado. And very close to the centre of historic Segovia and shops and Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral.

Friendly staff who are really on top of things. the beds are super comfy and they've got central heating and a TV. the bathrooms are top-notch with nice bathtubs for a relaxing soak. 🛁

The rooms are always exceptionally comfortable and cozy with AC. the hotel has a marvellous and magnificent location very close to the aqueduct. Plus, this property is just off Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral and the center of historic Segovia.

I recently stayed at a conveniently located hotel in Segovia for a few nights. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions, dine at local restaurants, and shop in the stores. The comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, especially Maria who was always available to assist with any questions or concerns. the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it.

Nothing could have been better.

We took our youngest to the enchanting Castle of Segovia, where she was mesmerized by the grandeur and history. The view from the top of the tower was breathtaking, and we felt like we were in a fairytale. The entire family was captivated by this magical experience.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a small playground for children.

The hotel location is great, close to everything you need, a local park, and outside of the old town. the room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk service was barely available, and the stairwell to the hotel entrance was not well-lit, making it difficult to access at night.

The facilities were nice and the location was convenient.

Spending New Year's in this ancient city was amazing! the hotel was perfectly located, close to the historic town center and main attractions such as the cathedral and the main square. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and not worry about taxis or traffic. the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms and hotel spotless. And let me tell you, the bed was so comfy, I didn't want to leave!

My room faced a pedestrian street, which was very lively and loud, especially during the night. Unfortunately, there was no soundproofing, so I could hear everything.
